PENNY L. CARTY

Penny L. Carty has 21 years of experience with Salamatof Native Association as an employee and board member, and is currently its president and chief executive officer. Carty serves as vice chair of Cook Inlet Tribal Council's board and secretary/treasurer of Cook Inlet Housing Authority's board of commissioners. Carty has served on the CIRI Board since 2005.
