Patrick M. Marrs is president and owner of Communications North LLC, a marine electronics company. Marrs earned an associate's degree from Shoreline Community College in Seattle, Wash., in 1972, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1975.
Marrs was a member of the CIRI Board from 1977 to 2000 and from 2001 to present. His current three-year term on the Board ends in 2011. He is a director of Cook Inlet Tribal Council and an advisory board member of the Seward branch of Wells Fargo Bank.
