PATRICK M. MARRS
Vice chairman
Patrick M. Marrs is president and owner of Communications North, LLC, a marine electronics company. He is a past president of the Seward Chamber of Commerce and an advisory Board member of the Seward branch of Wells Fargo Bank.
Marrs earned an associate's degree from Shoreline Community College in Seattle, Wash. in 1972, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington in 1975.
Marrs, an Aleut, was a member of the CIRI Board from 1977 to 2000 and from 2001 to present. He currently serves as vice chairman. His current three-year term on the Board ends in 2011. He is a director of Cook Inlet Tribal Council.
