Jim has been juggling professionally since 1978 for corporate affairs, such as dinner shows, walk-arounds and company picnics. He has also warmed up bands, including Charlie Daniels, Jefferson Starship, Marshal Tucker and more. He juggles every year for children at the Anchorage Museum while they wait for Santa. He has been teaching juggling since 1980. Along with his wife Denise Martin (hammered dulcimer and concertina player); his daughter Amanda Kerr (2004 National Junior Fiddle Champion); and others, he plays acoustic instrumental music for festivals, weddings, parties, feasts, potlatches and dances (Celtic, contra and square dances). He has produced 5 albums, available on CD. |
