Annual Meeting
The CIRI Board of Directors oversees the direction of your company. One of the most important responsibilities of being a CIRI shareholder is to select well-qualified shareholders to serve, on your behalf, on the CIRI Board, and the CIRI annual meeting is the forum to do so. No matter who you vote for, it is very important that you voice your opinion. This year, registration for the annual meeting will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2008, Pacific time, at the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska. Shareholders will hear a business report, elect five directors to the CIRI Board and transact any other business properly brought before the meeting.
Webcast
CIRI shareholders are invited to view a live webcast of the annual meeting. Click on the link below to fill out the registration form, and remember to enter your confidential six-digit sequence number (including all of the zeros) that is printed above your name and address on your CIRI proxy. CIRI’s Web provider will e-mail you the information that you need to log on to watch the annual meeting.
You may register at any time prior to logging on to watch the meeting. Online meeting participants will be able to watch and listen to the meeting only. Shareholders must be physically present to ask questions, vote or otherwise participate in the meeting. CIRI’s annual meeting is closed to non-shareholders. Shareholder Information Meetings
Shareholder Information Meetings provide shareholders the opportunity to hear about CIRI and meet with CIRI Board and staff. To ensure there is enough food, please call 1-800-764-CIRI or 263-5191, and select option 5, if you plan to attend.
Proxies
Proxies must be signed, dated and received by CIRI or the Inspector of Elections by 5 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time on Friday, May 30, 2008, in order to be voted at the Annual Meeting. Proxies can be mailed to the CIRI Inspector of Election, c/o Sramek Hightower, P.O. Box 240569, Anchorage, AK 99524-9978, or faxed to (907) 263-5186. (If you fax your proxy, please call (907) 274-8638 or 1-800-764-2474 to confirm that your fax has been received.)

Prizes
Return your proxy (for any proxy holder) by 5 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time, Friday, May 30, 2008, or vote in person at the Annual Meeting for any candidate, in order to be eligible for the $5,000 annual meeting prize drawing. There will also be four separate Early Bird prize drawings. The drawing deadlines are April 28, May 5, May 12 and May 19. Shareholders whose proxies (for any proxy holder or candidate) are received by the Inspector of Election or CIRI by 5 p.m. on the deadline date for a particular drawing will be eligible for that drawing and for all subsequent drawings. If you give your proxy to anyone other than the Inspector of Election or CIRI, be sure to ask that it be submitted to the Inspector of Election or CIRI before the next prize deadline.
