ANNUAL MEETING
The CIRI Board of Directors oversees the direction of your Company. One of the most important responsibilities of being a CIRI shareholder is to select well qualified shareholders to serve, on your behalf, on the CIRI Board, and the CIRI annual meeting is the forum to do so. No matter who you vote for, it is very important that you voice your opinion. This year, registration for the annual meeting will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 11 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Saturday, June 1, 2013, at the Chief Leschi School in Puyallup, Washington. Shareholders will hear a business report, elect five directors to the CIRI Board and transact any other business properly brought before the meeting.

PROXIES
Proxies must be signed, dated and received by CIRI or the Inspector of Election by 2 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time on Friday, May 24, 2013, in order to be voted at the Annual Meeting. Proxies can be mailed to the CIRI Inspector of Election, c/o Sramek Hightower, P.O. Box 240569, Anchorage, AK 99524-9978, or faxed to (907) 263-5186. (If you fax your proxy, please call (907) 263-5191 or 1-800-764-2474 as soon as possible to confirm that your fax has been received.)

PRIZES
Return your proxy (for any proxy holder or candidate) by 2 p.m. Alaska Daylight Time, Friday, May 24, 2013, or vote in person at the annual meeting for any candidate, in order to be eligible for the $5,000 annual meeting prize drawing. There will also be four separate Early Bird Prize drawings. The drawing deadlines are April 22, April 29, May 6 and May 13. Shareholders whose proxies (for any proxy holder or candidate) are received by the Inspector of Election or CIRI by 5 p.m. on the deadline date for a particular Early Bird drawing will be eligible for that drawing, and for all subsequent drawings. No shareholder may win more than one Early Bird Prize. If you give your proxy to anyone other than the Inspector of Election or CIRI, be sure to ask that it be submitted to the Inspector of Election or CIRI before the next prize deadline.
