CIRI Shareholder of the Year
CIRI is seeking nominations for the 2008 CIRI Shareholder of the Year Award. The annual award recognizes shareholders for exemplifying dedication to Alaska Native culture, heritage and communities. The award acknowledges both their accomplishments and their contributions to Alaska Natives. The award will be presented at the CIRI Friendship Potlatch in Anchorage this October. Only CIRI shareholders can submit nominations.
Deadline: 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 12

AFN President's Awards
CIRI is seeking nominations for its recommendations for the 2008 Alaska Federation of Natives (AFN) President's Awards. These annual awards are comprised of 10 categories ranging from health to education.
Deadline: 5 p.m., Friday, Sept. 12 ***NOTE: You must submit your application to CIRI by Sept. 12, even
though the application lists AFN's deadline as Sept. 23.
