Stephanie Aicher

As CIRI’s Chief Legal Officer, Stephanie Aicher aligns the Company’s legal and business strategies, suggests innovative business solutions, mitigates risk, and ensures legal efficiency. Stephanie is responsible for the CIRI’s legal, human resource, benefits, probate and corporate compliance matters. Stephanie joined CIRI in 2012 as associate counsel and oversaw legal matters related to real estate development projects and served as the Company’s compliance officer before assuming the position of general counsel in 2018.

Prior to CIRI, Stephanie was an associate for DeLisio Moran Geraghty & Zobel, P.C., where she practiced construction law, employment law, transitional work, litigation, and general commercial and business matters. She is a member of the Alaska and American Bar Associations, former chair of the Catholic Social Services Alaska Board of Trustees and former vice chair of the Municipality of Anchorage Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals. Previously, Stephanie served on the board of directors of Special Olympics Alaska and is an active member of the Downtown Anchorage Rotary Club.

She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminology, cum laude, from Southern Oregon University in Ashland and her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. In 2020, she completed the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program. Stephanie was named Top Forty Under 40 by the Alaska Journal of Commerce in 2020 and was a YWCA Alaska Women of Achievement 2022 Awardee.
