CIRI Spotlight

Miranda Fuller, Human Resources Assistant

CIRI shareholder Miranda Fuller was promoted from records analyst to the human resources assistant in July. Fuller is the first point of contact for people interested in applying for positions at CIRI and CIRI Alaska Tourism. She works with the human resources department to post job openings, collect applications and arrange interviews.

Fuller is excited about her new position. “There are so many possibilities in human resources; this is a great opportunity to grow and learn in new areas,” Fuller said. She looks forward to meeting new people and helping shareholders and others gain employment at CIRI.

In her spare time, Fuller keeps busy with her 2-year-old daughter Mina Marie Fuller. They enjoy water sports and swimming in the summer. Fuller is reaching her second anniversary with CIRI. She started as a temporary receptionist and was quickly promoted three times. “I enjoy working at CIRI because the company creates a supportive community for employees and especially supports families,” Fuller adds.

Fuller is of Athabascan and Inupiaq heritage, and she is the daughter of Mike Fuller and CIRI shareholder Deena Harris, of Anchorage.
