Chief Financial Officer
The chief financial officer has primary management responsibility for the design, implementation, and supervision of all accounting systems, financial reporting and analysis functions, financial controls, treasury functions, tax and tax filing matters, data processing and shareholder financial records. Proven performance as a financial executive is required. A master's degree in business administration is preferred, but an undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or business management will be considered. Applicants must have at least 10 years of progressively more responsible experience as a financial manager and executive, directing all or a substantial part of a company's financial planning and accounting functions.

Desktop Analyst
This position is responsible for understanding customer's computer related business considerations and priorities and for providing technical solutions to problems or needs. He or she will identify, research, and resolve technical problems. An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and three to five years of experience in the field or a combination of educational and work experience that provides the required skill, knowledge and abilities is desired. Microsoft Certified Professional and A+ Certification preferred.

GIS Intern
This position assists the CIRI Land Department by providing geographic information system (GIS) services for land management activities, and other duties as assigned. A high school diploma or GED and two years of education or experience in GIS, geography, geomatics or a related field; knowledge of GIS principals and software; and experience using general office equipment including industry standard computer software is desired.

Executive Assistant, Business Development
This position provides a high level of administrative and related support for the vice president and business development staff, including preparing materials and packets for CIRI Board and committee meetings; providing back-up to executive offices and land staff, and assisting with special projects.

Shareholder Liaison & Records Coordinator
This position acts as a coordinator/receptionist between shareholders, the Shareholder Relations Department, and various agencies regarding shareholder-related matters and is responsible for providing assistance in person, by phone, and through written correspondence. This position also processes shareholder record changes and other statistical changes in the computer.

Administrative Support Training Program
The Southcentral Foundation Administrative Support Training Program provides support staff with the knowledge and application information to transition successfully on to the job. During the two-week training, Southcentral Foundation candidates develop knowledge/understanding of policy and procedures, competency folders, customer service, professional image, ergonomics, computer skills (Outlook, Word and Signature), medical terminology and disaster drill preparation. Candidates will then transition to on-the-job continued training and supervision. This training will allow the candidate to interview for a Southcentral Foundation Administrative Support position upon successful completion of this training program. High school diploma or GED required.

Project Manager
This project manager position is responsible for the management of all projects related to quality assurance, patient safety, JCAHO readiness, quality controls and other related duties in Southcentral Foundation's Medical Services Division. This position will work under the supervision and guidance of the medical director and nurse director for quality assurance in medical services. A bachelor's degree or equivalent academic training and work experience is required.
