CIRI, Bering Straits, and Sitnasuak Native Corp. shareholder Tabetha Toloff-Houston joined CIRI as the executive assistant for the finance and accounting department in early November. Born in Anchorage at the old Alaska Native Medical Center, she is of Athabascan and Russian heritage. She was raised in North Kenai and graduated from Anchorage's Service High School.
