CIRI Seeks Temporary Shareholder Payables Clerk

CIRI is seeking a temporary shareholder payables clerk responsible for dividend and distribution issuance, and for annual issuance of Form 1099’s. This position is also responsible for maintaining accurate and thorough records of each distribution, reconciling dividend runs and computing amount of held funds to be transferred into interest-earning accounts, as well as communicates with shareholders and others, as appropriate, regarding payment issues.
