This includes photographing, identifying and labeling the art as well as inputting information regarding each piece into the art database. Southcentral Foundation Employment Opportunities
Southcentral Foundation is seeking an experienced public relations director. This position will be responsible for developing and managing the public relations and communications of Southcentral Foundation. The candidate must possess strong written and oral presentation skills while effectively and consistently representing the mission, vision and community image. Demonstration of effective working relationships with local and statewide media representatives is required. A master’s degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, advertising, journalism, broadcast media) or equivalent combination of a bachelor’s degree plus experience is desired. Two years of progressively responsible professional experience in communications and public relations with project leader responsibility for a major client or audience. PRSA certification is required, or ability to be certified within six years. Two years of supervisory experience is also required.

Southcentral Foundation is also seeking a grants administrator responsible for the administration of grants, the monitoring and compliance of all laws associated with grants, the maintenance of the grant database and the coordination with the Grants Department staff to ensure that the proper steps are conducted in the entire grants process. The candidate must show proficiency in managing grants or contracts for public or non-profit agencies. Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary for this position. A bachelor’s degree in finance, public administration, or accounting or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience is desired. Two years of grants administration experience is needed.
