| More than 700 shareholders and family members turned
out in person for this year’s Annual Meeting of CIRI Shareholders.
In addition to electing five directors to serve three-year terms,
shareholders heard a business presentation, enjoyed lunch, and visited
with friends and family members.

| Election of Directors
There were 592,192.585 shares of common stock of CIRI outstanding
and entitled to be counted for quorum purposes for the 2003 Annual
Meeting of Shareholders. Shareholders holding 422,507.648, or 70.46
percent of total shares, of CIRI common stock were present in person
or by proxy at the meeting, held June 7 in Soldotna, Alaska. The
following five shareholders were re-elected to the CIRI Board of
Directors to serve three-year terms ending in 2006: Gosta Dagg,
William D. English, William C. Prosser, Harold F. Rudolph, and Clare
Swan. |
