| Management
Referendum
In order to address directly the claims of some shareholders that
there was dissatisfaction with the performance of CIRI management,
the company undertook an advisory poll which permitted shareholders
to express their view on whether the CIRI management team should
be removed. Shareholders who favored a change in CIRI’s current
management team could return a pre-addressed, stamped postcard expressing
this view. The company received 203 signed responses out of a total
of 7,200 CIRI shareholders, approximately 2.8 percent. |
