in Anchorage, Alaska. Ms. Samson was born July 26, 1944, in Crooked Creek,
Alaska. She is survived by her daughter, Rayna Neumiller-Carson; son,
B. J. Neumiller; mother, Theresa Parent; sisters, Mary Seay, Lorrain John,
and Evelyn Thomas; and brother, Tom Parent.
