CIRI Board Listening to Shareholders

Over the course of the past few years, the CIRI Board of Directors has made a concerted effort to meet with CIRI shareholders and hear what they have to say. CIRI directors and Board-endorsed candidates have met with shareholders at a variety of meetings and events, talked with shareholders over the phone, and corresponded through electronic mail.

At the end of last year, a CIRI Board phone line was implemented to provide shareholders a message line to call and voice their thoughts and questions.
“Communications with our shareholders is key. Because many shareholders want to talk directly with a Board member, this message line has been helpful coordinating conversations between our Board and shareholders,” said CIRI Shareholder Relations Director betsy Peratrovich.
CIRI’s voting shareholders were recently mailed a five-minute, pre-paid calling card to call and talk with any of the five CIRI Board-endorsed candidates. Phone numbers for each of the candidates are listed on the card mailer.
“These calling cards are a great way for shareholders to talk with us and learn who we are, why we feel we can represent them on the Board, and how we plan to continue the ongoing corporate success CIRI has achieved over the years,” said shareholder and Board-endorsed candidate Karen Caindec. “I look forward to receiving calls.”

To leave a message for a current Board member, shareholders can call CIRI at (907) 274-8638 or 1(800) 764-2472 and ask for the CIRI Board extension.
