This year's Annual Meeting of CIRI Shareholders will be held on Saturday, June 4, 2005, at the Sullivan Arena in Anchorage, Alaska. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. and will close at 11 a.m. Shareholders will hear a report from CIRI President and Chief Executive Officer Margie Brown, elect five directors to the CIRI Board, and transact any other business properly brought before the meeting.

Representatives from Cook Inlet Housing Authority, Southcentral Foundation, Cook Inlet Tribal Council, The CIRI Foundation, and the Alaska Native Justice Center will be on hand to provide information about their programs and services. In addition, a number of CIRI shareholders are confirmed to sell their arts and crafts at the meeting. Prior to this year's Annual Meeting, CIRI hosted Shareholder Information Meetings for shareholders to meet with CIRI President and CEO Margie Brown and other representatives of the company. More than 200 CIRI shareholders and guests attended the information meeting in Kenai, Alaska, on May 7 and 286 attended the Anchorage meeting on April 30. Meetings were also held in Sacramento, Calif., and Puyallup, Wash.
