Clinton Gene Allen died May 2, 2002, at Alaska Native Medical Center in
Anchorage. Mr. Allen was born in Anchorage. He is survived by his mother,
Kitty E. Allen, sister, Lori Lee Gonzales, and brother, Robert O. Allen,
Jr.
Dianne Louise Fox (aka Fox-Harvey), 42
Dianne Louise Fox died Aug. 8, 2002, in Anchorage. Ms. Fox was born Dec.
28, 1959, in Anchorage. She is survived by her husband, McKinley W. Harvey,
sons Matthew L. Fox and Seth Ryan Reynolds; grandson, Michael M. Fox;
brother, Lawrence E. Phay; and brother and sister-in-law, Eddie and Terri
Phay.
Marie Harpham, 85
Marie Harpham died July 14, 2002, at Porthaven Care Center in Portland,
Ore. Ms. Harpham was born April 1, 1917, in Seldovia, Alaska. She is survived
by her sisters, Alyce Carlough and Thelma Patton; and brother, Gilbert
Ollestad.
John M. Komakhuk, Sr., 59
John M. Komakhuk died July 22, 2002, at home in Eagle River, Alaska. Mr.
Komakhuk was born July 17, 1943, near Solomon, Alaska. He is survived
by his spouse, Carol Komakhuk; mother, Ethel Komakhuk; daughters and sons-in-law,
Joannie and Gale Daw, Tina and John Whittaker; son Wayne Komakhuk; grandchildren,
Jay, Timothy and Jessica Daw, Brandi and John Whittaker, Jr.; brothers,
Hansel, Kenny, Sammy, Eddie, and Jonathon Komakhuk; and sisters, Molly
Judd, Maggie Clark, Clara Beckman, Carol Elvsaas, and Myrtle Sabatis.
David Eugene Oskolkoff, 52
David Eugene Oskolkoff died Aug. 7, 2002, at the Alaska Native Medical
Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Mr. Oskolkoff was born March 29, 1950, in
Torrington, Wyo. He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Adams and Leslie
Colburn; father, Joseph Oskolkoff; sisters, Beverly Oskolkoff, Selma Simon,
Carol Smith, Lenora Shaffer, Melanya Berg, and Marsha Hughton; and brothers,
Robert and Kenton Oskolkoff.
Bertha Anne Peavy, 82
Bertha Anne Peavy died July 26, 2002, at Providence Extended Care Center
in Anchorage. Ms. Peavy was born April 13, 1920, in Wainwright, Alaska.
She is survived by her son, Gerald Peavy; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Peavy;
grandchildren, Casey, Holly, Evelyn, Stephen and Amy Peavy; great-granddaughter,
Emme Peavy; and many nieces and nephews throughout Alaska.
Michael Duane Peterson, Jr., 22
Michael Duane Peterson, Jr., died May 18, 2002, near Houston, Alaska.
Mr. Peterson is survived by his wife, Lori Peterson; mother, Lori Lee
(Gallen) Gonzales; father, Michael D. Peterson, Sr.; and Cody James Peterson.
Eldo Lloyd Richardson, 81
Eldo Lloyd Richardson died July 21, 2002, in Englewood, Colo. Mr. Richardson
was born June 9, 1921, in Long Island, Kan. He is survived by his spouse,
Dorothy Richardson; daughters, Eldrine and Flora Richardson; and stepsons,
Edward and Fredrick Swanson.
