and Clinics in Madison, Wis. Ms. Brandt was born March 14, 1966, in Cuba
City, Wis. She is survived by her son, Jonathan Brandt; parents, John
and Charlene Brandt; sisters, Susanne Hoppa, Sherry Averkamp, and Laura
Benson; and brothers, Ken VanVors, Johnny Brandt, and Dale Brandt.

Sandra Joanne Brandt, wife of CIRI shareholder Dale Brandt, died Sept.
3, 2003, at home in Shullsburg, Wis. Ms. Brandt was born July 3, 1970.
She is survived by her husband, Dale Brandt; daughter, Emily R. Brandt;
son, Christopher A. Brandt; parents, Joseph and Marietta Gleason; sisters,
Kathleen Zach and Sally Johll; and brothers, Pat Gleason, Dave Gleason,
and Mike Gleason.

Theresa Alice Evan died July 8, 2003, at the Alaska Native Medical Center
in Anchorage, Alaska. Ms. Evan was born June 14, 1936. She is survived
by her daughters, Joan Evan, Pauline McClennaham, and Sophie Ring; and
sons, James Evan and John Evan, Jr.

Huntsman, Harmony Huntsman, and Sarah Huntsman; son, Ryan Kalerak; mother,
Ann Kalerak; sister, Annette Piscoya; and brother, Walter Andrew Kalerak.

Johanna C. Kerr died Aug. 24, 2003, at the Alaska Native Medical Center
in Anchorage, Alaska. Ms. Kerr was born Dec. 14, 1913, in Anvik, Alaska.
She is survived by her daughters, Evelyn M. Jones, Joan Baumgart, Kathy
Johnson, Mary Ellen Lavigne, and Dorothy Nitz; and sons, Robert W. Rude,
James Kerr, and Glen E. Kerr.
Edward J. LaFountain, Jr., 70
Edward J. LaFountain, husband of CIRI shareholder Alice LaFountain, died
Aug. 27, 2003, at Town and Country Hospital in Tampa, Fla. Mr. LaFountain
was born Aug. 1, 1933, in Plattsburgh, Fla. He is survived by his wife,
Alice LaFountain; daughters, Laura LaFountain, Leslie Dann, Donna Klingebiel,
and Julie Clark; and son, Ron LaFountain.
Carole Marie Madison, 56
Carole Marie Madison died July 28, 2003, at home in Woodland, Calif. Ms.
Madison was born Oct. 22, 1946, in Point Hope, Alaska. She is survived
by her husband, Randy Madison; daughters, Linda Smith, Charlene Madison,
and Randi Madison; son, Larry Madison; mother, Madeline Carl; and sister,
Cathy Lilly.

Ralph Nulikina Noyakuk died Sept. 5, 2003, at the Alaska Native Medical
Center in Anchorage, Alaska. Mr. Noyakuk was born June 16, 1916, in Shishmaref,
Alaska. He is survived by his daughter, Alice C. Noyakuk.

in Anchorage, Alaska. Ms. Rosenberg was born April 4, 1933, in Eklutna,
