Babies Yvette and Keven
CIRI shareholder Robert Apok III and Dorothy K. Barr announce the birth of their children. Yvette Anita Gene Panniuq Qanialak Barr-Apok was born Feb. 3, 2002, in Nome, Alaska, and Kevin Robert Tunatuq Apok was born Feb. 25, 2003, in Anchorage. They send a big hello to Grandma Maxine and Grandpa Bill in Sterling; aunties Jackie, Jennie, Doris and Marie; uncles David and Joe, who are CIRI shareholders; and other aunties, uncles, grandparents and cousins in White Mountain where they reside.

Baby Rain Born on Grandma Bertha’s Birthday
Rain Lynn Kroto was born Aug. 2, 2003, and was 9 pounds, 15 1/2 ounces and 20 inches. Her parents are CIRI shareholder Vanessa N. Kroto and David Pringle. Her grandparents are CIRI shareholders Ted. S. Kroto, Sr. and the late Bertha K. Kroto.

Tasha Leman Graduates
Tasha Marie Leman, daughter of CIRI shareholder Jamie Leman and husband Dan Leman, graduated August 8 from Arizona School of Massage Therapy in Tempe, Ariz. After graduating from Ninilchik High School in 2000, Tasha attended Southwestern Oregon Community College and played basketball for the SWOCC Lakers. After a year and a half, she decided to embark on a new path and attended night school in Tempe and worked during the day. She currently resides in Tempe and is seeking employment in her field. She enjoys Arizona but hopes to eventually move to Santa Barbara, Calif.
