Accounting Clerk
This position is responsible for processing corporate payables, shareholder distributions, bank reconciliations and account analysis. The minimum requirements for this position are one or two years college education and one year practical experience in accounting or two years progressively responsible accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience to equal two years.
Project Accountant
This position is responsible for the accounting and reporting for designated segments and affiliates, and support as assigned for CIRI's overall accounting and reporting requirements. Minimum requirements are an undergraduate degree in accounting and three years practical experience in accounting.
Records & Information Manager
This position is responsible for CIRI's records and information management systems and personnel. It manages, controls and directs records systems and centers, records organization and evaluation, and records retention; assists CIRI subsidiaries and non-profits with their records programs; and provides expertise and input into other functional areas, which affect the recorded information of CIRI. The minimum requirements are a degree in business administration with five years experience in a management position. Certification in Records Management (CRM) desired.
Records Clerk
This position is responsible for assisting with all corporate filing located at the warehouse and in-house. Serves as backup for the receptionist and helps at corporate events. Minimum requirements are a high school education and two years experience in a general office setting; or any combination of education and experience that provides the skills, knowledge and abilities.
KNBA Seeks Membership Director
KNBA's membership director is responsible for the station's growing membership program and off-air marketing and promotion. This position will plan and organize direct mail membership campaigns for renewals, additional gifts and lapsed donors, as well as oversee on-air membership drives and membership cultivation events and activities.
The membership director will also plan and organize promotion and marketing efforts to build listenership and KNBA membership including ads, press releases, web content, promotional events and on-air marketing, and write materials for the above efforts. The director will coordinate the work of paid and

volunteer staff involved in membership activities; develop budgets and timelines for membership activities; and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications include strong written and oral communication skills, superior organizational skills, demonstrated leadership in fund-raising and promotional activities, demonstrated marketing and public relations acumen, ability to work well with a diverse paid and volunteer staff. Bachelor's degree required and salary range DOE.

Cook Inlet Housing Authority Seeks Executive Director
CIHA is hiring an Executive Director who will be responsible for total housing authority supervision, budget preparation, planning, program development and project management. The position also develops and implements the 5-year Indian Housing Plan under the NAHASDA regulations; determines priorities and develops funding proposals; oversees construction operations and maintenance of project developments and current inventory; guarantees contract compliance with funding agencies; and assures sound financial management of CIHA.
Minimum qualifications and skills include: bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field preferred, or progressively responsible work experience related to the duties of the position; five years management/administration supervisory experience of a multi-faceted program, preferably in Public or Indian housing; demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NAHASDA regulations, as well as knowledge of fiscal accounting procedures and federal audit requirements. The position requires excellent communication, public speaking and customer service skills. Hands-on experience in the areas of housing design and development are also preferable.

Spring
Shareholder Meetings Announced
CIRI
shareholders are invited to attend one of several shareholder informational
meetings to be held this spring prior to the annual meeting. The
spring informational meetings are held to advise shareholders of
CIRI's business activities. The meetings rotate to different cities
each year to better serve a broader shareholder audience. The CIRI
Foundation will review scholarship and grant opportunities from
10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at each meeting. The annual meeting is scheduled
for June 3 in Soldotna, Alaska.
