Board Declares Third Quarter Dividend |
|||
|
At its August board meeting, the CIRI Board of Directors declared a 2002 third quarter dividend of $7.00 per share, or $700 per 100 shares. This amount represents taxable income to shareholders. Checks will be mailed or directly deposited into accounts on Monday, Sept. 30. A voucher will be mailed showing the amount for those participating in direct deposit. Dividend checks are mailed to the address CIRI has on record and cannot be picked up at the CIRI office. Shareholders who have their dividends directly deposited into their bank accounts need to make sure that their payments are not being deposited to closed or incorrect bank accounts. To sign up for direct deposit for future distributions, download the direct deposit form from the CIRI web site at: www.ciri.com. |
