Tracy Craig Pursuing Dreams
CIRI descendant Tracy Craig recently became a legislative assistant for the Washington State House of Representatives, Economic Development, Housing and Trade Committee. She was previously an accountant at Chief Leschi School in Puyallup, Wash., and an initial member of the Lower 48 Shareholder Participation Committee from 1994 to 1996.

With the assistance of The CIRI Foundation and Dr. Lydia Hays, she graduated from South Puget Sound Community College with an associate of arts degree. She also attended the University of Puget Sound for three years majoring in public administration and minoring in accounting. ³It was through a variety of scholarship and internship programs that allowed me to realize my potential. I wish everyone within the CIRI family would take the opportunity to grow and succeed by taking advantage of the programs that are available to us,² Craig shares.

Craig is the daughter of Charles D. Craig and CIRI shareholder Desa Jacobsson, granddaughter of the late Mildred and Charles (Carly) Jacobsson, and granddaughter of the late Ella Bethel and Oscar Craig.

CIRI descendant Natasha Tiedeman graduated from Hope Christian School in Redding, Calif., one year early. She is the daughter of Fred and Ruth Tiedeman, granddaughter of Katherine Steel and great-granddaughter of CIRI shareholder Bernadette Demientieff.

Dalton Dean Parez was born June 30, 2000, at 1:30 p.m. at Avera Queen of Peace Hospital in Mitchell, S.D. He weighed seven pounds five ounces, and was 20 inches long. Daltonıs parents are CIRI shareholders Gerald and Michelle Parez.

Cecilia Morgan Demoski was born Oct. 28, 2000, in Hermitage, Tenn. Cecilia, who was five pounds, 15 ounces at birth, is the daughter of Ernie and Angie Demoski Jr., of Mt. Juliet, Tenn., and the granddaughter of CIRI shareholder Lillian Demoski and her husband Ernest of Eagle River, Alaska.

Kristopher Lewis Meyer was born Nov. 16, 2000, at the Alaska Native Medical Center in Anchorage. He weighed six pounds, 14.6 ounces and was 19 inches long at birth. Kristopherıs parents are CIRI shareholder Edith and Mark Meyer. Kristopher joins siblings Chelsie and Shelby Meyer and Sharon and Donald Sampson; grandparents Esther Livingston of Spokane, Wash., Lyn and Lew Meyer of Berwyn, Penn., and JoAnn and Frank Allen of San Jose, Calif.; great- grandparents Elsie Morris of Cordova, Alaska, and Joseph and Bessie Meyer of Traverse City, Mich.
