Vessel cleaning/stocking staff is needed in Valdez and Whittier. Staff members are responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of vessels and for providing supply support to the tour boats and building facilities. The food service manager coordinates a staff of at least four prep cooks and supervises the production of a quality meal at Growler Island Camp for day guests, all meals for overnight guests and the lunches served on board the vessels that do not visit Growler Island Camp. This position also oversees weekly ordering and daily monitoring of the inventory needed to produce meals, ensuring the kitchen and service areas are in full compliance with regulations set forth by the
