A Note to Our Shareholders

As you can see, the year 2000 begins with a new look for CIRI's Shareholder Update. Communication with CIRI shareholders is among the highest of priorities for the CIRI Board of Directors and management. As CIRI continues to grow as a corporation, through its investments and expansion of social programs, we felt it was important for our shareholder newsletter to grow as well. It is our intention for the new design and layout to better serve you with the use of color, more visuals and highlighted sections. We hope you like it. It is the start of a new era for CIRI and its shareholders. We think this is reflected in the new Shareholder Update.
