- Attorney
The CIRI
attorney, under the direction of the general counsel, provides legal
counsel and guidance in the ordinary and special activities of the
corporation to ensure maximum protection of its legal rights and to
maintain its operations within the limits prescribed by law. The position
directs the defense of the corporation against suits or claims and
prepares prosecution of the corporation's claims against others, and
supervises preparation of reports and statements of a legal nature.
The qualifications for this position are a J.D. or LL.M. from a quality
law school with strong academic record. Four years or more experience
in the practice of law in areas relevant to CIRI business strongly
preferred.
- Accounting Intern
This
position is responsible for general accounting support including accounts
payable and receivable processing, data entry, reconciliations, account
analysis, filing and other duties as assigned. This position requires:
neat and legible handwriting and speedy use of calculators, typewriters
and computer terminals; accurate and orderly document filing; strong
Microsoft Word and Excel skills; oral and written communication skills;
strong bookkeeping skills; knowledge of generally accepted accounting
principles and procedures; good analytical skills. Must have high
school diploma or GED and two years college education with basic accounting
classes preferred, one-year practical experience in accounting or
any combination of education and experience to equal two years progressively
responsible accounting experience desired. The work schedule may be
arranged to accommodate full class schedule.
Seward
Windsong Lodge
- Food & Beverage
Manager
This
position is responsible for the management and daily operation of
the Seward Windsong Lodge kitchen, restaurant, bar and catering facilities.
This position's primary responsibility is to produce a high quality
dining experience on a consistent basis, in keeping with the standards
of the Seward Windsong Lodge. The food and beverage manager will design
all menus for the lodge in conjunction with the kitchen manager, including
catering menus and daily special selections, with input from the lodge
general manager. This position also includes responsibility for safe
and efficient food and beverage operations; selection, hiring and
training of all food and beverage department personnel and labor cost
control; timely delivery of food and beverage orders to customers;
booking, planning and overseeing all catering functions; and food
and beverage cost control. Attends staff meetings and other management
meetings as required.
