valedictorian of her class, sang the National Anthem as well as a benediction at the end of her graduation speech. She will attend Western Baptist College in Salem, Ore., and plans to major in business with a minor in music.

Sister Shari Isaak, who recently finished her sophomore year at Skyview High, was honored at the 4.0 Awards Night. She also played on the volleyball and soccer teams this past school year.
 
Graduating Tollacksons
in touch - mat/jen TollacksonJennifer Tollackson, daughter of CIRI shareholder Karen Tollackson and husband Chris, graduated June 3 from Trinity Lutheran College in Issaquah, Wash., with a bachelor of arts degree in Christian education. Jennifer is currently working at Sunny Hills Elementary School with the after-school program.

Brother Matthew Tollackson graduated June 16 from Spokane Falls Community College with an associate of arts degree. Matthew will continue his education at Eastern Washington University in the fall.
 
A Bevy of New Granddaughters
Original CIRI enrollee Virginia McMillan announces the birth of four great-granddaughters. Twins Katelyn Ann and Makayla Christine were born last December to granddaughter Alison and Brad Larsen of Gates, Ore. They weighed four pounds, eight ounces and four pounds, two ounces. Alison is the daughter of Dan and Virginia Griffith, daughter of Virginia McMillan.

Megan Lynn Griffith was born March 15 and weighed seven pounds, seven ounces. Her parents are Craig and Kristin Griffith of Lyons, Ore, and she is also a granddaughter of Dan and Virginia Griffith.
 
Courtney Briana Griffith was born April 24 and weighed seven pounds, eight ounces. Her parents are Eric and Rebecca Griffith of Sublimity, Ore.

William Victor Knox, 63
William (Bill) V. Knox died April 10, 2000 at the Fairview University Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Mr. Knox was born in Ruby, Alaska on February 25, 1937. He is survived by his wife Sharon, daughter Allison, and son Will Knox.
 
Agnes Remley, 79
Agnes Remley died April 29, 2000 at home. Ms. Remley was born in Seldovia, Alaska on September 13, 1920. She is survived by her daughter Ingrid M. Andres; sons David A. Gronning and Tony Remley.
 
Herbert Hoover Warner, 69
Herbert H. Warner died October 6, 1999 at home. Mr. Warner was born in Rampart, Alaska on May 10, 1930. He is survived by his son Gregory S. Warner; granddaughters Dina Thompson, Samantha Saul and Lindsay Warner.
 
Frederick Alexander Watson, Jr., 78
Frederick A. Watson Jr. died May 31, 2000 at home. Mr. Watson was born in Pilot Station, Alaska on February 26, 1922. He is survived by wife Bonnie; sons Harry and Frederick; daughters Ruth Hofstad, Marion Bolen, Susan Grabler, Sharon Scroggins, Karen Melven and Debbie Watson.
