Recently the Hyatt Regency Lake Las Vegas Resort, in which CIRI is an equity investor, took center stage as the main location for the filming of "America's Sweethearts," a major motion picture starring Academy Award-winner Julia Roberts, Billy Crystal, Catherine Zeta-Jones, John Cusack, Hank Azaria and Christopher Walken. Not only did the cast and crew call the resort home for three weeks, various locations at the property play a prominent role in the film, which will be released in July.

Zeta-Jones and Cusack star as Hollywood's "it" couple that separates prior to the release of their big film. In an effort to keep the film's press junket from falling apart like their marriage, the film's publicist - played by Crystal - brings the two to the secluded desert resort to make amends, complete with Roberts, who is Cusack's new love interest and happens to be Zeta-Jones former assistant.
