Project Accountant
This position is responsible for the accounting and reporting for designated segments and affiliates; fixed asset recording and reconciliation, and support as assigned for CIRI's overall accounting and reporting requirements including assisting with annual and mid-year budget compilation, internal and external audits, and monthly financial reporting and consolidations. Minimum requirements are an undergraduate degree in accounting and three years practical experience in accounting, or a combination of education and experience to equal six years.
Seward Windsong Lodge Seeks Job Applicants
The Seward Windsong Lodge is hiring for the following positions: guest services agent/driver (CDL preferred), morning servers, front desk clerk, laundry workers and housekeepers. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required. Applicants must show excellent customer service skills.
The Resurrection Roadhouse, at the Seward Windsong Lodge, is accepting applications for a seasonal sous chef and seasonal line cooks. Applicants should have experience working in a fast paced, high quality, customer service oriented kitchen.

Cook Inlet Housing Authority Seeks
Executive Director
Cook Inlet Housing Authority is hiring an executive director who will be responsible for total housing authority supervision, budget preparation, planning, program development and project management. The position also develops and implements the Indian Housing Plan under the Native American Housing and Self Determination Act (NAHASDA) regulations; determines priorities and develops funding proposals; oversees construction operations and maintenance of project developments and current inventory; guarantees contract compliance with funding agencies; and assures sound financial management of CIHA.
Minimum qualifications and skills include a bachelor's or master's degree in business or related field, or progressively responsible work experience related to the duties of the position; five years management/administration supervisory experience of a multi-faceted program, preferably in public or Indian housing; demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the NAHASDA regulations, as well as knowledge of fiscal accounting procedures and federal audit requirements. The position requires excellent communication, public speaking and customer service skills. Hands-on experience in the areas of housing design and development are also desired.

White House Internship Program Accepting Applications for Fall 2000 Session
The White House Internship Program responds to the President's call for active participation in the government by providing students with an opportunity to learn through service in the Executive Office to the President. The program is designed to challenge and reward students from around the country in a diverse and challenging professional work environment. The goal of the program is to provide an outstanding educational experience within the White House, Office of the Vice President, and Office of Policy Development. The Session runs September 4 through December 22, 2000. All internships are unpaid and require a time commitment of 25 hours and 3 days a week. Internships are available for credit.

The CIRI Foundation strives to encourage the education and career development of its Alaska Native beneficiaries through post secondary scholarships and grants, research and other education projects.
