| CIRI is looking for an Executive Assistant to the
Chairman & Board of Directors This position provides a high level of administrative and related support services for CIRI's chairman of the board, board of directors, and board committees. Duties include recording board of directors procedures; serving as the board of directors coordinator and custodian of board and committee records; and providing administrative support including typing and revising letters and reports, filing, and responding to routine correspondence as requested. Minimum experience for this position includes some business college and a minimum of five years of experience as an executive assistant or other progressively responsible secretarial position; or any combination of education and experience that provides a high degree of skills, knowledge, and abilities. |

| Administrative Assistant, Executive Offices This position provides administrative and related support for CIRI's executive vice president and senior vice president/general counsel and assists with special projects. Typical responsibilities include composing correspondence and documents; answering incoming calls, handling mail, and making travel arrangements. Minimum experience is a high school diploma, some business college, and three years of progressively responsible executive assistant experience; or any combination of training and experience that provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. High degree of technical skills required. |

| Benefits Coordinator, CIRI Alaska Tourism The benefits coordinator is responsible for the administration of CIRI Alaska Tourism's employee benefit plans by gathering and maintaining pertinent enrollment, addition, change, and termination information for new hires and outgoing tourism employees. This position is responsible for handling confidential and sensitive information; provides education and training to employees on benefit plans; and provides back up support to the payroll accounting function of CIRI Alaska Tourism. Minimum experience includes two years college education in human resources, accounting, or business administration, and three to five years benefits administration, human resources or payroll accounting experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities. |

| Reservations Manager, CIRI Alaska Tourism This position is responsible for managing all aspects of Alaska Heritage Tours' reservations department, including space management, groups, staffing, and supervision. This position also assists with designing tour itineraries, negotiating tour vendor agreements, monitoring agreements, and monitoring customer payments and quality control for all reservations. Minimum requirements include a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, accounting, or human resources; five years experience in reservations management; tour inventory control; hotel reservations or inventory control; or any combination of management and experience providing the required skills, knowledge, and abilities. Experience in the Alaska tourism industry is also required as well as demonstrated success in working independently and computer literacy. |
