How to Cancel Direct Deposit

Shareholders with portal accounts may cancel direct deposit electronically via Qenek. Otherwise, for shareholder protection, we require a signature before canceling existing direct deposit instructions.

If the direct deposit instruction is cancelled in Qenek or the shareholder’s signed and dated cancellation request is received by CIRI Shareholder Relations before the deadline for a particular distribution, that payment will be mailed to you by check. Otherwise, your dividend will be deposited into your previously specified account and we will not be able to reissue it until we are notified of credit in the proper amount to the CIRI account.

Written cancellation requests can be dropped off, mailed, emailed or faxed to the CIRI Shareholder Relations Department:

Emails must include an attachment that contains the shareholder’s cancellation request, the date, a good contact number and his or her signature.
