Cheryl L. Mulcahey grew up in Alaska and now resides in Pennsylvania where she serves as senior director, internal audit, for Nasdaq, Inc. She holds a bachelor’s degree in computer information science from Cabrini University. Her areas of professional expertise include compliance and controls, financial reporting, risk management and technology. Mulcahey’s daughter, Madeline, is a former CIRI Participation Committee youth representative (2017-2018).
