CIRI Land Development Co. (CLDC) and its subsidiary, Pacific Tower Properties Inc. (PTP), are pleased to announce the launch of their new websites. The new sites showcase each company’s services and portfolios. “The new websites are value-enhancing marketing tools,” said Dave Pfeifer, CLDC president. “CLDC’s new site features its development and investment portfolio. PTP’s website markets its property management, leasing, sales and a wide range of real estate consulting services.” CLDC is wholly owned by CIRI and manages its significant portfolio of commercial, multifamily assets, residential real estate development, investment and property management interests in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Maryland and Texas. PTP is a wholly owned CLDC subsidiary that provides commercial real estate management and brokerage services, and manages more than 4.5 million square feet of commercial and institutional real estate at more than 55 sites statewide, including CIRI’s corporate headquarters building in Anchorage, Alaska.
