Voting in the annual election of CIRI Directors is one of the most important shareholder responsibilities. This year, shareholders have two ways to vote in the election of Directors: 1) complete and return the paper proxy included in the Annual Report mailing (proxies may also be printed from the CIRI website), or 2) complete an electronic proxy (eProxy) at vote.ciri.com. Online voting is quick and easy, allows shareholders to vote anytime, anywhere (even when social distancing), and is more environmentally friendly. Casting an eProxy also qualifies shareholders for special eVote prize drawings if votes are cast by 5 p.m. AKDT by the following deadlines:
May 5, 2020: 1 prize of $1,000
May 12, 2020: 1 prize of $3,000
May 19, 2020: 2 prizes of $2,000
CIRI’s web-based proxy system will be available until the proxy deadline of 2 p.m. AKDT on Wednesday, May 27, 2020. If submitted by the appropriate deadlines, online voting qualifies shareholders for both the Early Bird and eVote prize drawings. Please note that the first two Early Bird prize deadlines have been extended from May 1 and May 5 to Friday,
May 8. The deadlines are now as follows:
May 8, 2020: 2 prizes of $500 and 4 prizes of $750
May 12, 2020: 1 prize of $2,000
May 19, 2020: 4 prizes of $1,000
May 26, 2020: 4 prizes of $750
