CIRI Shareholder and Descendant Employment Opportunities
Alaska Native Hire is an easy-to-use online forum that brings together job seekers and employers. The site allows individuals to create a profile highlighting their experience, skills, education and employment history. Employers then have the ability to search the database for the specific skills to fill vacant positions.
CIRI maintains a careers webpage that features all vacant positions available at CIRI and CIRI subsidiaries. CIRI strongly encourages shareholders to apply for open positions. In addition to the job postings, links are provided to all CIRI subsidiaries, CIRI’s family of nonprofits and other Alaska Native employment resources.
CIRI offers an exciting paid summer internship program for qualifying shareholders and descendants. The program places interns in various departments at CIRI or its subsidiary companies in an effort to match the education and work aspirations of the interns.
CIRI’s Take the Next Generation to Work day is dedicated to helping young Shareholders and Descendants explore future career paths by inviting them to spend the day at CIRI. The opportunity is offered to CIRI Shareholders or Descendants between 10 years old through high school and who are residents of the Cook Inlet region.
