2014 dividend payments
CIRI’s dividend policy states that the total CIRI dividend payment to shareholders in any given year is equal to 3.5 percent of total shareholders’ equity, calculated as of Dec. 31 of the prior year. As we reflect upon 2013 and look forward to 2014, I am reminded of what a great year it has been. For me, personally, I have thoroughly enjoyed my first year as CIRI’s president and chief executive officer.
