CIRI may consider investment requests but does not provide start-up capital for new businesses. Any investment requests should be well formulated and contain:
• Business concept and its growth potential
• Proposed organizational structure
• Five-year business plan, including financial statements
• Capital structure of the proposed business
• Qualifications of the management team
• Target value of the enterprise at the end of the five-year period
