Rhonda Oliver

Sr. Vice President, Enterprise Optimization

As CIRI’s VP, Enterprise Optimization, Rhonda develops and executes strategies to improve the company’s overall efficiency, effectiveness, performance, and profitability across the enterprise.  Rhonda also leads CIRI’s Risk Management and Accounting teams.

Rhonda is an Ahtna Incorporated Shareholder of Athabascan descent. Prior to her current role, she previously served as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Before joining the CIRI team in 1999, Rhonda worked at Deloitte & Touche, a national accounting firm. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from the University of Alaska Anchorage and is a certified public accountant (CPA). In May 2014, she completed the Alaska Native Executive Leadership Program at Alaska Pacific University. Rhonda is a member of the Alaska Society of CPAs and the American Institute of CPAs.

She serves on the ​finance and audit committee of the University of Alaska Foundation and on the audit committee for Special Olympics Alaska.
