Kaarlo K. Wik is the co-owner and operator of the Poofy Puffin Upholstery Place, a small business specializing in furniture repair and upholstery services. He serves as board chair of Salamatof Native Association and on several boards and commissions for Salamatof/Kenaitze Indian Tribe and Cook Inlet Tribal Council. Mr. Wik holds an associate degree in small business administration from Kenai Peninsula College. He is a lifelong resident of Nikiski, Alaska, and has served on the CIRI Board of Directors since 2025.
