KTVA-TV, Anchorage’s CBS affiliate, recently reported on new developments at CIRI’s Tikahtnu Commons Retail and Entertainment Center. Construction is underway on several new stores, including an Ulta Beauty Salon, Men’s Warehouse and Pier 1 Imports. Plans are also in the works for a Pita Pit restaurant. Currently, the site is about 95 percent built out, making it one of Alaska’s most successful retail developments in decades.
