Esther V. Livingston passed away Sept. 25 in Spokane Valley, Wash. Ms. Livingston was born April 4, 1936, on Mummy Island, Alaska. She is survived by her children, Charles Lambert, Minell Hicks, Edith Meyer and James Johnson; and several grandchildren.
