Miss Teen Highland
CIRI descendant Cavalier Chapman, daughter of CIRI shareholder Shelley Robertson and Craig Robertson, is Miss Teen Highland 2008. Cavalier, 15, competed for Miss Teen California with Danfranc Productions over the weekend of April 18-20. Although she did not win the state title, she had a good time and a great learning experience. Judging is based on poise, appearance and communication skills, with emphasis on scholastic achievement and educational and professional goals. Cavalier is an honor-roll student with goals of graduating from high school early so she can begin her college degree. Her school of choice is UCLA, where she wishes to attain a degree in pediatrics. She is currently an aspiring fashion model and has hopes of getting acting, runway, print and commercial work along the way. Her family says “Congratulations Cavalier!”
