Charles Lee has held multiple leadership positions over a 20-year career in the federal government, directing and developing highly successful programs and teams. With an extensive background in acquisition and contract management, strategic business development and stakeholder engagement, he brings a wealth of relevant expertise to the CIRI Board.

Mr. Lee holds a bachelor’s degree from Chaminade University and an MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. He is an alumnus of the Senior Executive Fellows program at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a former member of the CIRI Participation Committee. Mr. Lee was appointed to the CIRI Board in 2025 to fill the seat vacated by Director Michelle Lindersmith.
