Stephanie Aicher
Vice President, General Counsel
Stephanie Aicher is CIRI’s lead in-house counsel, responsible for the Company’s legal and corporate compliance matters. Aicher joined CIRI in 2012 as associate counsel and oversaw legal matters related to real estate development projects before assuming the position of general counsel in 2018.
Prior to CIRI, Aicher was an associate for DeLisio Moran Geraghty & Zobel, P.C., where she practiced construction law, employment law, transitional work, litigation, and general commercial and business matters. She is a member of the Alaska and American Bar Associations, chair of the Catholic Social Services Alaska Board of Trustees and a member and former vice chair of the Municipality of Anchorage Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals. Previously, Aicher served on the board of directors of Special Olympics Alaska.
Aicher earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology and Criminology, cum laude, from Southern Oregon University in Ashland and her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law. Aicher was named Top Forty Under 40 by the Alaska Journal of Commerce in 2020.
