Active recruitment through July 31
Designed to identify potential leaders, encourage creativity and innovation, and empower those looking to play a key role in CIRI’s business operations and future success, the Yah (Dena’ina for “grow”) Program will prepare CIRI Shareholders and confirmed Descendants to lead at the highest levels of the organization.
This is an approximately six-year program. Candidates may be based in Anchorage, Alaska, Washington, D.C., or fully remote (regular and frequent travel required). The ideal Yah Program candidate will be mid-career, with some business and on-the-job supervisory experience, and have a demonstrated interest in Alaska Native people and cultures. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred.
Recruitment is year-round; active recruitment for the 2025-2026 cohort will run through Thursday, July 31, with a target start date of September 30. For more information and to apply, the CIRI website.
