Board sets dividend payments for 2009

The CIRI Board of Directors set 2009 shareholder dividend amounts at its Feb. 20 meeting. CIRI shareholders will receive a dividend of $8.50 per share in the first, second and third quarter, and $9.92 per share in the fourth quarter, for a total of $35.42 per share.

The total dividend amount per share of $35.42 per share for 2009 is an increase over the 2008 total dividend amount per share of $35.39.
