Nułyah (pronounced nuh-th-yah) means “it is growing” in the Dena’ina Athabascan language. Rooted in Alaska Native values, Nułyah is designed to cultivate leadership, build meaningful connections, and support professional growth—all while advancing CIRI’s mission to promote economic well-being and self‑sufficiency for Shareholders, Descendants and their families.
