Shareholder information meetings are typically held in late April and early May, after the audited financial statements and Annual Report for the prior year are completed. Shareholders who attend the information meetings will hear a report on the previous year’s business operations and have an opportunity to ask questions, meet CIRI directors, staff and Board candidates and listen to candidate speeches. Additionally, a scholarship presentation is typically given by The CIRI Foundation. Shareholder Information Meetings attendance is limited to CIRI shareholders and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children and/or stock custodian). Shareholders must check in with their guest and present identification.
