Original CIRI shareholder Charlene Koutchak is a registered dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who provides virtual nutrition counseling to residents of Alaska, Oregon and Washington. Charlene writes: \”I grew up in Alaska, harvesting, eating and enjoying wild foods from the land. What a gift! Continuing to cultivate that innate love, and especially a fulfilling relationship with food, is what originally drew me to this work.
