ADA HONOR PROGRAM
Supporting families in times of loss
CIRI is pleased to introduce the Ada Honor Program—a new program grounded in the spirit of Ada, a Dena’ina word meaning care, love, and kindness. Approved by your Board of Directors and funded by the Trustees of the CIRI Trust, this fund reflects our commitment to supporting families in times of loss.
Open to the families of all deceased Shareholders
Support is available whether shares were original, gifted or inherited, provided the deceased was an active Shareholder at the time of his/her passing.
Helps cover funeral costs
The program offers $2,500 for burial and funeral expenses, with an additional $500 if the deceased has a valid Stock Will on file with CIRI.
No income or residency requirements
CIRI is committed to honoring every Shareholder with care and compassion.
Retroactive to January 1, 2025; moving forward, families have 180 days to apply after a loved one’s passing.
