Cheryl L. Mulcahey

Cheryl L. Mulcahey grew up in Alaska and now resides in Pennsylvania, where she serves as senior director of internal audit and SOX at Porch Group. She previously served as senior director of internal audit for Nasdaq Inc. Ms. Mulcahey holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and computer information science from Cabrini University and brings professional expertise in compliance and controls, financial reporting, risk management and technology. She is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.

Ms. Mulcahey serves as a Trustee of the CIRI Settlement Trust and has served on the CIRI Board of Directors since 2023. Her daughter, Madeline, is a former CIRI Participation Committee youth representative (2017-2018) and CIRI summer intern (2023).
